The Nutritional Therapy Process:
Step 1: Complete Paperwork & Assessments:

1. Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire
2. Food & Mood Journal

3. Initial Interview Questionnaire
Step 2: Initial Visit:
This is where you and I really get to connect as you walk me through your symptoms, when they started, how long they’ve been goin on, which ones hinder you the most, etc! I will also come prepared to ask you deeper clarifying questions now that I’ve reviewed your initial paperwork. This initial visit lasts anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half. This is when I really get to know you, your situation and what you’ve been struggling with. I always want to make sure we have enough time for you to share anything and everything that you want me to know!
Step 3: Recommendations Visit:
After our initial visit, I will begin digging deeper into your symptoms now that we’ve talked and I’ve gotten a thorough picture and explanation of what you’re dealing with! I then create your customized recommendations protocol tailored specifically to your needs. We’ll then hop on another call for your recommendations visit! We’ll go over the draft recommendations protocol I’ve developed, and then discuss any adjustments you want to make! One thing that’s extremely important in the recommendations visit is for you to be completely honest about how you feel about the draft recommendations I have in mind for you. My recommendations are only as good as your ability and willingness to implement them, so if you have any questions or hesitations about your ability to implement certain ones, we can adjust from there! By the end of the visit you and I will have finalized your protocol based on what you feel confident with and what suits your current lifestyle and needs. You will receive your customized recommendations form (example seen below) as well as any additional educational material, guides, handouts, etc that you need!

Step 4: Retake Paperwork to Assess Progress & Make Adjustments!
Typically we will reassess how you’re progressing every 2-3 months or as needed! This involves filling out the initial paperwork which will automatically generate comparisons from where you started and where you’re currently at! From there, we will either continue on the current path, add more recommendations, remove recommendations, adjust the current ones, etc! As seen below, this is a previous client’s progress: Orange line shows where she started with high priority Upper GI (Stomach) dysfunction, small intestine, large intestine, blood sugar dysregulation, vitamin need, etc. The blue line shows her progress after about a month and a half of implementing her protocol! Improved Upper GI function, improved small and large intestine function, blood sugar handling beginning to improve, vitamin need significantly decreased, etc!
